Template for the squirrel:
Print out on A4 printing paper and cut out.
Then paste onto A3 paper thats folded
The fold needs to be on the right side of the squirrel and and the squirrel should be positioned an inch form the bottom of the paper:

Steps to make this project:
Step 1: Take white A3 paper/card and fold in half:
Step 2:
Print and cut out squirrel template with care and paste onto folded A3 paper:
Step 3:
Print and cut out features, and place velcro patches on the back of each shape.
Step 4:
Colour in all parts of the squirrel and features with paint sticks, using a combinations of orange, red, brown.
Step 5:
Choose textures for the features:
1. Cotton wool for the tail.
2. Colour cotton for the leg?
3. Tissue paper scrunched up for the ears?
4. Crepe paper fo the grass?
5. Add a bobbly eye to the squirrel.
You choose what you’d like to put on and where it should go.
Step 6:
Cut the side of the background on the left and fold the edge of the squirrel into the gap.
Make sure there is about an inch at the base of the squirrel for grass and nuts. Or the squirrel may be up a tree so this may be a branch of a tree.
This can make the squirrel stand upright.
The add stability - scrunch up tissue paper in between to keep the space imbetween stable.
